Rachel brings a wealth of nutrition knowledge to the clinic and can offer support in weight management, changes in body composition, nutrition advice surrounding injury or operation (both during recovery and for future injury prevention as well as managing body composition throughout recovery), general dietary and lifestyle improvements, pre- and post-menopausal female specific nutrition support, sports nutrition advice for active populations of any level including runners and gym-goers, nutrition support for those with dietary restrictions such as plant-based eaters and those with food allergies or intolerances, support for those with poor relationships with food and/or body image, and any other support by request.”
Rachel is a Performance Nutritionist and SENr accredited practitioner working currently within professional sport, she graduated from her master’s degree in Sports Nutrition and has since worked with, and continues to work with, many professional and semi-professional athletes. Rachel is also an experienced nutrition practitioner outside of the world of sport. Her background is as an AfN associate Nutritionist, working with the general population having completed her initial undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition. Rachel has recently been accepted as a PhD candidate to further her expertise.
