Meditation


With the progression of technology our brains are finding it harder and harder to switch off. It is estimated that we are currently exposed to 3000 messages daily, more people are suffering from insomnia and high anxieties or stress levels. No wonder we are finding it harder to stop our minds from being over active. One way we can look to reducing the mental pressures of life is to introduce meditation into our lives. Just 25 minutes of meditation per day can dramatically relieve stress.
