Guided Meditation


Guided meditation classes are held at the clinic on a Friday evening 6.30 – 7.30pm. Participants have the opportunity to enjoy an hour away from the stresses that we all experience in everyday life. The classes start with a full body relaxation and then continue with either a guided visualisation ( to keep the mind occupied whilst you are meditating) or a mindfulness meditation in the form of a body scan and concentration on the breath. Both give the opportunity to encounter peace, calm and also the possibility of finding that moment of pure bliss than can be encountered in a deep meditative state.
