Yoga has been part of my life since watching my mum do Sun Salutations each morning as a child.
I began practicing Yoga in 2000 and took a BWY Foundation Course in Yoga in 2009. Shortly after I qualified with Yoga campus to teach ante natal yoga which is where my teaching began.
In 2012 I qualified to teach Mother and Baby Yoga further adding to my teaching portfolio. Deepening my knowledge and practice of yoga as my children grew, completing my 200 hour Teacher Training Course in 2015 with YogaHaven which is when I arrived where I an now. I also run Yoga weekends locally with my husband.
